About Painting with Purpose

Painting with Purpose is a healing‑centered emerging nonprofit that uses art to support teen girls and adult women impacted by sexual assault and strengthen community awareness. We create environments where survivors feel supported, communities are informed, and healing is approached with dignity, intention, and care.

We believe that creativity opens doors to healing, connection, and community responsibility. When survivors and their communities engage in intentional art experiences, they gain space to process emotions, build awareness, and strengthen their sense of belonging. As understanding grows, communities become safer, more informed, and more supportive.

Mission & Vision

Our mission is to provide safe, intentional spaces where art supports healing, awareness, and connection for teen girls and adult women impacted by sexual assault and their communities. Through creative expression and survivor‑centered education, we foster understanding, empowerment, and hope.

Our Story

Painting with Purpose Charity was created to bring survivors and communities together through creative experiences that foster healing, awareness, and connection.

What began as a vision to create meaningful opportunities for engagement has grown into a mission-driven organization committed to honoring survivors, increasing awareness of sexual violence, and cultivating supportive community spaces.

Through art-centered events, educational initiatives, and collaborative partnerships, we strive to create environments where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered.

We believe healing is strengthened through connection, awareness begins with conversation, and communities play an important role in creating spaces where survivors are met with dignity, compassion, and care.

Painting with Purpose Charity was born from a calling that combined my passion and my purpose. As a sexual assault survivor, advocate, and philanthropist, I have experienced firsthand the challenges of healing and the power of supportive community.

Throughout my own journey, creative expression became a meaningful outlet for processing trauma, finding connection, and moving forward with hope and resilience. It showed me that healing can take many forms and that creativity has the ability to bring people together in ways that feel accessible, engaging, and meaningful.

Guided by faith and a commitment to serving others with intention and care, Painting with Purpose Charity was founded to create spaces where survivors feel supported, communities grow in awareness, and meaningful connections can flourish. My hope is that every event, initiative, and partnership contributes to a future where survivors are honored, communities are informed, and healing is approached with dignity and compassion.
